Welcome to my page!  My name is Christopher Hewitt and I'm starting my 3rd Year as the Physical Education(P.E.) Teacher at Jefferson Elementary and my 14th year as a Physical Education Teacher in Guilford County Schools! When I'm not teaching, my hobbies include: running, exercising in general, spending time with family and friends, watch and attending sporting events, and going to concerts. 

I look forward to sharing the knowledge that I've obtained through the experiences in my first 13 years of teaching, with the students at Jefferson, while keeping my eyes and ears open and learning from them!  It is my goal to provide each student with a positive educational experience through movement in a variety of activities.  I hope that this positive experience in my class will provide the students at Jefferson with the foundational skills to be active for a lifetime! I am proud to be a Jefferson Eagle!
