I'm Aaron Barringer and I teach 7th Grade English/Language Arts at SEMS. I earned my Master's degree from UNC-Greensboro in Women's and Gender Studies with a concentration in english literature. Throughout the course of the year, students will enhance their existing reading and writing skills by reading and working with a variety of texts from almost every genre of literature. There are four units that we study in ELA: Introduction to ARC and Reader Engagement, Climate Research, Forensic Science, and Civil Rights Research.
