Mrs. Minoski grew up in South Jersey. After graduating from Seton Hill University near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she moved to North Carolina in 2011. She began her teaching career at the Center for Visual Artists with art-themed Summer Camps and after school programs. In 2012, she started teaching at Western Guilford High School. After six years, Mrs. Minoski was given the opportunity to pursue a career in photography. She worked for Strawbridge Studios for a year and a half working all over Wake, Guilford, and Rockingham County. She got back into teaching by taking on a long-term sub position, before joining the team at Southwest Middle School in February of 2020. In her free time, she enjoys working on graphite portraits and still does some photography on the side.
