If you have not completed the posted senior survey, either through the link below, on Remind or on paper, please do so ASAP. It is imperative that we have this from each you. We will not be able to send your final transcript or exit you out of Power School without the information.

If you have received any type of scholarship, include it on the survey. Include the name of the scholarship, scholarship amount and if the scholarship is renewable. This also includes financial aid that you may have been offered.

If you have not registered for a scholarship opportunity with Say Yes please do so immediately. Even though you may not qualify this year, your parents financial status could change.
