I am so excited to be your teacher this year at Oak Ridge Elementary! 
I have been teaching for seven years, and began my teaching career in Randolph County, NC.  I joined ORE last year as a fifth grade teacher, and will hopefully be here for a LONG time!  

A little about me - I got married to my best friend during COVID and boy was it a struggle.  My favorite animal is a cat, and I have quite a few which you'll hear alllll about all year long, because they're a mess, but I love them.  I love going to the beach, and I grew up going to Topsail Island on family vacations; it's absolutely my favorite place in the world!

I will be your ELA and Social Studies teacher this year, and Ms. Boggess will be my teammate and your Math and Science teacher this year!  We are VERY excited for the school year to begin and cannot wait to have our classrooms filled with students!
