Mrs. Strader has been working in the educational field for over 20 years. She has taught all grade levels: preschool through eighth grade. She was also a principal of a PreK - 8 private schools for four years. Mrs. Strader graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Western Oregon University, obtained her Masters of Science in Educational Leadership Policies and Foundations at Portland State University, and received her principal license from the University of Portland. She loves teaching and working in school environments because she enjoys helping children become self-confident and independent learners, who grow up and change the world.

Mrs. Strader moved from the West Coast with her family in August of 2021. She has three children in elementary school. Mrs. Strader loves everything Disney, superhero movies, and reading. She likes to spend time with family, visit beautiful locations, and do activities in nature.
