Ms. Rimel

Hello! I will be SEH'S School Psychologist for the 2020-2021 School year. This is my first year serving SEHS.

During these uncertain times, Psychological services will be here to support you and your team and will strive to continue providing comprehensive services! Our service delivery might “look” a little different than in the past, as we are providing more Virtual Services during this remote instructional time. In addition to completing evaluations, we will be providing             comprehensive School Psychological Virtual Services including individual and group counseling (telehealth), consultation with school staff, admin, and specialists, and collaboration with families. We will also continue to provide crisis and emergency response, and work on your school’s targeted goals.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Florida State University, and have a background in Elementary Education. I earned my M.A. in School Psychology and Ed.S. at Florida State University and completed my internship in Martin County, FL. I love my job and feel fortunate to work closely with educators and students in schools. I have worked in Guilford County Schools through Psychological Services for the past three years. This year, I am serving three schools (see below). In addition to serving my three schools, I am also a part of the district Crisis Team and a collaborative team focusing on MTSS efforts within our district.
