Hello! I am Coach Frye and I am your Physical Education teacher this year. I have been teaching PE since 2016 after graduating from UNCG with a degree in Physical Education & Health (K-12). I live in High Point but I grew up in Statesville, NC. I love playing volleyball, going to the beach, hiking, and spending time with family/friends and my two cats (Niko & Winston).
