• Hello I'm Christal Walker 8th grade EC Teacher Assistant. I've been a teacher assistant for six years and this is my third year at Southwest Middle.  I have three wonderful kids and one grandchild.  I enjoy shopping, reading, and going to the beach.  My role as EC Teacher Assistant is to always be a support for the teacher and the student.  I assist students with their learning and collaborate with teachers to incorporate effective learning strategies that not only focus on academics but the student as a whole. I look forward to working with you this year.
