Hi! I'm Stacy Flannery, the Media Specialist at Bessemer Elementary.  This is my fifth year as part of the Bobcat family.  I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Design (2010), but later pursued graduate school to attain my Master of Library Science degree (2020).  I've spent the last 4 years updating the collection, space, and framework of the Bessemer Media Center.  The collection now contains a great deal of materials that reflect the background and experiences of our student population!! :) 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, doing art projects and puzzles, and of course, reading a good book!
