SO Good is a health and wellness program offered to individuals. This makes it a great program for everyone to do together! In this club we will have a set activity for each day, videos to demonstrate those activities, and virtual sessions all participants can opt to join in addition to our club meeting activity! This program is offered with the Special Olympics of NC program and is available to students with or without disabilities. This is a great way to focus on GOOD health. GOOD fitness. |
