Guilford County Schools has created an Attestation Form for parents of bus riders to fill out about their child.  Below is information from GCS Transportation.  This form needs to be completed by parents before midnight the night before they ride the bus.  It does need to be filled out nightly.

Parents/guardians are required to complete the electronic COVID19 attestation form to ensure every student remains safe and healthy. Per state public health requirements, students may not board school buses without a completed COVID19 attestation form. https://bit.ly/3kRibXm
