The North Carolina High School Athletic Association and Guilford County Schools will use DragonFly for athletic eligibility starting in the Fall of 2022.  This replaces hard copies of most forms you will need to provide before being eligible for athletics. 

You still need to fill out the Physical Form and give a hard copy to the athletic training staff.  It can be found here on this page: Physical Form 2022-2023
