Counselor Corner !

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! 

Hello parents and students of BES. 

The Counseling Department offers the following services: individual counseling, classroom guidance, small group counseling on a variety of topics, and referrals to outside agencies.  

As a school counselor, my goal is to help every student be the best student and person they can be. This includes working directly with students as well as collaborating with families and staff. 

There are three domains that I will work diligently with when working with each student.

1. Academic
2. Social/emotional Development
3. Career Development

Each of these domains promotes and enhances a positive learning environment, a positive worldview, and healthy well-being.

Remember to participate in self-care and mindfulness activities. 

1. Close your eyes and take deep breaths
2. Do some yoga.
3. Do something you love to do. 
4. Blow bubbles 
5. Eat healthy.
