• Your son or daughter may be excluded from school if they are missing proof/documentation of the MCV immunization. To prevent any students from being excluded from school there are several options you may choose from. 

    1. If your student's immunizations are current, you can bring or send updated immunization/vaccination records to school between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm before Friday, September 30, 2022
    2. Students who need updated immunizations can go to the Greensboro Health Department Monday, Sept. 26th- Thursday, Sept. 29th from 4:30-6:30 pm. Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled by calling 336-641-3245.
    3. A clinic will also be held right here at Page High on Wednesday, Sept. 28th from 1:00-4:00 pm. If you would like your student to participate in this onsite clinic, please complete the permission form by clicking this link.
