When this happens, it's usually because your teacher doesn't see you in their lobby.
Try these steps:
I. Close Teams and try to enter the meeting again.
II. Clear the browser history.
- Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser window.
- Go to More Tools
- Go to Clear browsing data.
- Click the blue Clear Data button.
- Restart the device and try to enter the meeting again.
You are not logged in to Teams with your GCS Microsoft account.
Click "Sign in."
Your GCS Microsoft credentials are:
Email: StudentIDemail@example.com (Ex. firstname.lastname@example.org)
Password: Birthdate MMDDYYYY (Ex. 03282012)
