Hi RAMily!

I'm Chelsea Daniels-McGirt, but the students call me Mrs. Mac! I am one of the 8th Grade ELA teachers here at Northeast Middle! I am a two-time Aggie Alumni... AGGIE PRIDE!! I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Journalism Mass Communications with a Minor in Professional Theatre at NCA&T. During Covid, I became a Teacher Assistant in Reidsville NC, GO BEARS, where I loved it so much that I decided to go back to get my Master's Degree in Elementary Education from NCA&T. I am now entering my 5th year as a teacher. 

I do believe that teaching is about passion and purpose. I know that God has called me to our youth today, and I am excited to bring my energy, my passion, my love and my dedication into the classroom. 

I am blessed to have an amazing family. My husband, Niko, of 6 years, our beautiful daughter, Costner Louise (5 going on 15), and our sweet fur babies: Jaxxsun, Eight and Cheetah Byrd. I previously served as the NE Cheer Coach for two years, and I love animals, hibachi, cooking, coaching, event planning, singing praise and worship, and spending time with my huge extended family.
