Mrs. Carrie Ruppert has been an educator for over 20 years in both Ohio and North Carolina. She has a B. S. in Elementary Education, M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, M.Ed. in Reading K-12 and an Administrator's Licensure K-12.
Mrs. Ruppert is excited to be a part of the Simkins family and looks forward to a collaborative partnership!
