Greetings "RAM"ily & Welcome All!

Happy 2024-25 School Year! I am so excited to have landed here...Home of the RAMS! This school year is going to be a GREAT one...one where NEthing can happen!

I am Nicole Partee-Francis, NEMS' 2024-25 MTSS & Testing Coordinator. I have called North Carolina home since 2004 when I moved down from Brooklyn, NY to attend the illustrious NC A&T SU, where I earned my BS in Child Development & Family Studies. AGGIE PRIDE! I am currently a graduate student at HPU where I will have the opportunity to work towards an assistant principal position.

My passion for education began long ago as a child and has grown into a career in education spanning almost 15 years. I have had the pleasure of teaching 12 of those years, teaching Kindergarten, and second through fifth. This will be my first year in the middle school setting and my third year in the MTSS Coordinator position. I look forward to working closely with the scholars, families, and staff here at NEMS. My goal is to set up structures that will enhance the scholars' experience/education. While here at NEMS, students will receive the support they need and deserve. Working closely with families, core educators, and specialists will allow us to provide each scholar with the specialized support necessary to be successful now and in the future.
