Canvas Observer Account

Parents can become an observer for their student, which allows them to see all Canvas courses that their student is enrolled in. This gives parents the ability to see materials provided to the class, instructions on assignments, information about their student's submissions to an assignment (such as the file their student submitted and the time at which it was turned in), and feedback connected to grades. Parent observers also receive class and schoolwide announcements, and may be included in two-way communications through Canvas inbox. Parent observers can ONLY see their own student's information and interactions.
