Hello! My name is Haillie Scharpman and this is my third year of teaching and first year at Colfax! I previously taught at Archer Elementary in Greensboro, NC. I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where all my students feel valued, loved, and supported. 

I graduated from Illinois State University with endorsements in ESL and reading. I moved out here with my husband almost three years ago. We love living in North Carolina! I love to read, paint, and watch movies.

I am so excited to learn more about Colfax and the community!
