I am so excited about teaching 4th grade this year! This will be my 9th year teaching at McNair.

I received my undergraduate degree from Guilford College and my masters from NC A&T State University (<----Insert "Aggie Pride Here).

I am a wife and a mom.

I have three sons & a nephew that are the center of my world. Tyler is a senior at Appalachian State, Jeremy is a sophomore at ECU, Cameron is a senior, and Landen is a junior at Grimsley (Go Whirlies). 

I have three awesome dogs- Gracie, JoJo, and Nova.

I LOVE all things technology and hope to incorporate it into all that we do throughout the year. I recently became an Apple Certified Teacher and will be passing all that I learned onto my students.

I believe that strong relationships between school and home create a successful learning environment and a safe place for children to grow.
