Travis Seegars
A native of Greensboro NC, Travis Seegars received a BA in Psychology in 2005 and his master's in School Administration and School Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2009 and 2013. Mr. Seegars started his educational career in 2009 where he served four years as a school counselor at Northern Guilford High School. In 2013, Mr. Seegars left Guilford County Schools to become an assistant principal for Robert B. Glenn High School within the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School District. After only serving two years in Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools, Mr. Seegars returned to Guilford County Schools as an assistant principal for Ben L. Smith High School. It was during this part of his career that Mr. Seegars gained a full understanding of the importance of student success and the role that every educator plays in cultivating what success looks and sounds like in the students we serve. In 2017, Mr. Seegars accepted the role of principal for the Middle College at NCA&T. The Middle College at NCA&T is an all-male, grades 9-12 Guilford County Schools high school, located on the campus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Mr. Seegars has served as the instructional leader for the Middle College at NCA&T now going on four years. During this time, he has led the school to high proficiency on state accountability measures and a 100% graduation rate with 100% college and military acceptance during his tenure. Mr. Seegars firmly believes that an engaged and effective administrator overwhelmingly affects the culture of a school community. This type of leadership must be deeply rooted in equity, diversity, community relationships, and a clear instructional vision. Only through this level of tireless work, can we ensure success for all students.

I have served as the School Social Worker for the A&T Four Middle College since 2016. I am a proud graduation of North Carolina A&T State University and have worked for Guilford County Schools for 26 years. Serving the A&T Four Middle College has been one of the fulfilling assignments that I’ve experienced during my time in education. It is amazing to see our students transition from boys to production young men when they graduate from our A&T Four Family.
Learn & Earn Facilitator- Kimberly Williams
I grew up in High Point, North Carolina and attended Guilford County Schools. I graduated from Ragsdale High School and continued my education at Appalachian State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a double minor in Business Administration and Planning and Urban Development. I later obtained my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix. And I recently completed my Educational Specialist degree (EdS) with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Phoenix. I have been with Guilford County Schools since 2005 and have been at the Middle College at NC A&T since 2008. I started at the Middle College as the data manager/treasurer then entered the classroom where I taught Business Education (Principles of Business and Finance, Business Law, Entrepreneurship and Multi-Media Webpage Design). I am a certified Business Education Teacher with the State of North Carolina. I currently am the Learn & Earn Facilitator. In this position, I work with the dual enrolled students who take college courses. I enjoy advising these young men as they work towards earning college credits while in high school. The Middle College at NC A&T is not only a school for all males, but we are a family.
