Parents and guardians, we are asking that you please participate in our Alternative Fundraiser for the 2020-21 School Year.

This fundraiser is in lieu of sending students home with the task of selling door to door, collecting money, and delivering food.  Please help us avoid that by supporting our PTA with your donations and helping us achieve our goals to support our students and faculty.  You should receive a document via your face-to-face child on Monday, March 22nd or Thursday, March 25th.  Also, if you receive an e-mail for Connect Eds you will have access to the Mendenhall PTA website via the link below.  The link will also be available on the Mendenhall website in the scrolling announcements or under the Parents drop-down menu and click on PTA.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Lea Beuchler at ptamendenhall@gmail.com

We are still looking for additional volunteers to fill vacant positions on the board as well as with fundraising and other activities.

If you are interested in helping out please contact us at ptamendenhall@gmail.com or call the school office at 336-545-2000.

If you are not already a member please consider joining. Forms are available here (link to attachment), or you can join and pay online at https://mendenhall.memberhub.com/dues. Tax-deductible donations may also be made at this page.

Here are some other ways you can support our PTA:

    1. Link your Harris Teeter VIC account to Mendenhall Middle School: Code 1323. You can do this by logging into your online account, or ask the cashier for help the next time you check out.
    2. Collect Box Tops for Education and turn them into the front office or ask your student to give them to his/her homeroom teacher; please place in an envelope marked PTA.
    3. Watch for opportunities to donate items or volunteer. Be sure to let us know if your contact information changes so we can keep you in the loop.

Thank you for all you do to help us achieve our mission of advocating for the education, health, safety, and success of all children while building strong families and communities.
