Mrs. Holden / Homepage

I was born and raised in New England and went to undergraduate school at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. I have lived in Greensboro for over 30 years and did my graduate work in Biology and Genetics at UNC-G where I also taught. I have taught at Bennett College, Greensboro College, Oak Ridge Military Academy, and Triad Math and Science Academy. I am currently still on the faculty of Greensboro College.

I have three children all in their 20-30s so they are all away from home a great deal. But I have been a soccer mom, swimming mom, music mom, theater mom, Girl Scout leader, Boy Scout leader, Sunday School teacher, and all the other things that go along with a growing family. There is not much that I haven't seen or heard over the years.

I am very excited to be teaching at Middle College at UNCG and look forward to a great year. Please feel free to ask me anything and let me know how we can partner together to make this the most successful year ever. Feel free to ask if there is anything I need at any time! I always look for classroom volunteers.
