Welcome to Mrs. Dixon’s class! I am proud to say I have been an Oak Ridge Colt for 20 years! This is my 3^rd year teaching 5^th grade and I love the sense of humor and community in a 5^th grade room. I am married to a Mr. Fix-it general contractor and have one daughter who is currently a UNC Tarheel. I am an adventure seeker always looking to visit the next National Park and can be found hiking, biking, or hanging out with my many friends who are family. I grew up in Hickory, NC and served as a medic in the Army National Guard before my years as a Colt. Currently my favorite past time is taking the one-hour drive east to campus to treat my daughter to dinner or watch one of her field hockey games. Go Colts AND Go Heels!
