I am an alumni of Guilford County Schools, Western Guilford Class of 1995.  After high school graduation, I went on to Appalachian State University and earned my Bachelors of Science in psychology.  From there, I went onto UNC-Greensboro to earn my Masters of Science in counseling and my Education Specialist degrees.  I was fortunate enough to be hired after graduation into Guilford County Schools as a high school guidance counselor.  I was lucky enough to be invited to join the Early/Middle College at GTCC-Jamestown in the fall of 2012 and have been ecstatic to be a part of this very special family ever sense.  I am married to Mr. Eakin and we have one four legged mutt child named Leroy :)
