Dr. Kathryn Pritchard
I have been teaching for over 25 years. My experience in education ranges from serving as Disabilities Coordinator for Headstart to teaching at the college level. I am certified as a special educator, Montessori educator, elementary educator, principal, and educational leadership in curriculum and instruction. I have worked in high needs, Title I schools, private schools, and at all levels of public schools. I have also worked for a company that trained teachers in remedial reading and math strategies across the states of North and South Carolina and Virginia.
Personally, I have been married to my husband, Craig for 30 years. We have 5 sons: One is an assistant professor of pharmacy, one is an engineer, one is a doctoral student in chemical engineering, one is a graduate student is math and the other son is currently training for the 2020 Olympics in Trampoline while he pursues a graduate degree in biomechanics.
As an educator, I am passionate about supporting teachers as they work to meet each students academic, social and emotional needs so that they can set and achieve their goals in life.
