Our Mission:
The Guilford County Schools Professional Learning and Leadership (PLL) department is committed to supporting the learning and development of leaders, educators, and support personnel. The mission of the PLL department is to improve the educational outcomes of all students by developing and implementing rich, immersive, and researched-based professional learning, as well as in-field coaching experiences for both new and experienced GCS staff. The department supports the talent development of employees throughout all stages of their careers.
