In general music class, students participate in a wide variety of activities designed to enhance musical growth and whole child development. We experience and explore music through singing, listening, moving and playing instruments.  Students learn how to read, improvise, compose, analyze, describe music with music terms, and of course, we perform music.  Students in grades 2nd-4th also will be learning how to play the piano.  We have a piano lab with 30 full-size electric pianos from a grant from the Lang Lang Foundation.
