I have been in education for 21 years. I graduated from Greensboro College with a BA in Elementary Education.  This is my 16th year teaching.  I was a stay at home mom for 5 years and then came back to the classroom in 2003.

I have taught  1st, 2nd and 3rd grades.  I joined the Jefferson staff in 2012 teaching  1st grade.  I am currently teaching 1st grade this year, where the majority of my teaching experience has been.  I am looking forward to an amazing year with my 1st graders.
