Meet Ms. Loschin
Introducing Madison Principal ~ Ms. Penny Loschin
To the Parents and Community of Madison Elementary,
I am so excited to begin my fifth year as your principal. Madison’s warm and caring school environment is like no other. Our staff are dedicated and committed to ensuring our students are career and college ready. They understand and accept the responsibility for building the necessary educational foundation they will need to be successful. Our parents are committed to supporting their children and this school.
On a personal note, I am the mother of Nicholas, a junior at NC State, and the wife to my husband, John for 26 years. I have lived in Greensboro my entire life, attending Guilford County Schools. My personal and professional priorities reflect a strong commitment to education and academic excellence as I begin my 28th year in education. My background includes earning a special education degree from Appalachian State, an add-on elementary certificate from Greensboro College, earning National Board Status and then earning a Master's in School Administration from Appalachian State.
I have worked in many different roles in education from classroom teacher, exceptional teacher, assistant principal and now a principal, all with Guilford County Schools. Therefore, I have a true investment in Guilford County Schools and the future of our children.
I want to encourage everyone to take an active role in their child’s education by continuing to communicate regularly with their teacher, attending school events, joining PTA and reading with your child daily.
Please feel free to communicate any concerns, interests, or positive feedback with me. I can be reached here at school at #375-2555 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
