Battle of the Books is a student reading club designed to encourage fourth and fifth grade students to read and discuss good books, and to participate in friendly competition with their peers.  All students read the same 15 books that have been designated by the state and Guilford County Schools. Mrs. Dalton and Mrs. Tuggle are our BOB coaches.

Our team meets after school weekly as a book club. In December, our competition team will be selected and we will begin preparing for our district battle which will be held in late Feburary/early March. We are looking forward to a great year filled with wonderful books!
