Hi! My name is Mrs. Baker and I am a third grade teacher here at Johnson Street Global Studies. I graduated from Appalachian State University, which is in the heart of the NC Mountains. I started teaching in 2015 and have taught 4th grade and 3rd grade. Johnson Street is an amazing place for teachers to work and for children to grow and learn!

I drink lots of coffee, love going to the gym, shopping, and dabbling in home decor and renovation!

I got married in the summer of 2018 to my hubs! We have an adorable black dog named Riley! Together, we love being outside, going on walks, exploring new places, spending time at home, and going to sporting events of all kinds! Between my students and my little family, I stay busy and happy!
