My name is Chaun Doak and this year I look forward to being the Language Arts teacher for 7th and 8th grade here at Johnson Street Global Studies. I can think of nothing better than to read and talk about books all day!

I have worked at Johnson Street for many years and know that we have the best staff, students and families in Guilford County!

I was born and raised in High Point and actually attended Johnson Street when I was an elementary student. I have two daughters that attended Johnson Street so I guess you could say Johnson Street runs in our family!

When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading, participating in community theatre, writing, spending time with my family and being outside (especially if it's at the beach)!
