Hello, and Welcome!  I am Mrs. Wendy Therrell, Language Arts teacher for the 6th grade Vikings team.  My contact information is therrew@gcsnc.com or through Class Dojo.  I became a Falcon teacher in 2012, as a second career teacher.  I have a BA from High Point University, and a Masters degree from Duke University.  I have a daughter, recent graduate from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and a son who attends Southeast High School.  I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and activities on the New River in the western North Carolina Mountains.   I have a passion for history, prefer reading non-fiction.
