Hello Archer Topcats,

This is truly a full circle experience.  Archer holds a special place in my heart because I started my teaching journey at Archer as a student teacher and I continued as a teacher until 2009.  I am honored to return to this fabulous community as principal. 

I am a wife and a mother to two wonderful children.  I have worked within Guilford County Schools for the last 22 years in various capacities: Classroom Teacher, Impact Teacher, Curriculum Facilitator, and Assistant Principal.  I love education and learning!!  I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D),  an Educational Specialist Degree with Superintendent Licensure (Ed.S), a Masters of School Administration (K-12), and a Bachelors in Elementary Education all from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I am also a National Board-Certified teacher.

I truly value creating a strong community by establishing relationships with all stakeholders. Providing topnotch instruction and learning experiences for all students is of the utmost importance to me and I can’t wait to see the wonderful instructional practices already in place. 

I look forward to returning to the Archer family and getting to know the students, staff, and families.  I am truly coming home.
