This year marks my seventeenth year in the classroom--my twelfth as a JMS Tiger.  I am also thrilled to be a member of House T-wain! Woot Woot! An avid reader and writer, I believe that stories are universal and stories unite us all. They also have the power to change lives.  I am a teacher because I believe in the difference education makes! In addition to teaching, I work in the areas of Holocaust Education and Social Justice in our state.  In all my spare time (ha!), I also enjoy practicing and teaching yoga.

    Remember our discussion and writing assignment after Holiday Break.  We discussed some serious problems in our community and in our world. What are we doing to help repair those problems? How are we making the world a better place for ourselves and others?
