Mr. Dwayne Jordan, Principal

As I enter my third year as principal at Allen Middle School, I continue to be grateful and inspired to lead the school in which I was a student.  My promise to all students, parents, staff, and the community is maintaining a safe environment through inclusivity, appropriate supervision and following the district code of conduct.  I also promise to ensure student progress towards excellence through differentiated instructional practices and providing a positive culture.  Our commitment to all stakeholders is the challenge of HOPE (Having Only Positive Expectations).  It is through my trust in our team approach and leadership that I am hopeful and confident that we will realize we are all adequate and powerful beyond measure.  We will always remember the quote by James Baldwin: For these are all our children, we will profit by or pay for whatever they become.
