Greetings! I am Mr. Paton. I teach ProStart (Culinary Arts) Levels 1 & 2. ProStart is a program developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation with input from the foodservice industry. The program teaches students the management and culinary skills needed for a career in the restaurant and foodservice industry. ProStart aligns to 21st century learning objectives which include critical thinking and problem solving, global awareness, communication and collaboration, and creativity and innovation. My classroom is in the cafeteria. I look forward to working with you.
