I teach 7th and 8th Grade Social Studies. I am also the Director of Scholastic Activities for Brown Summit. I have been teaching at Brown Summit Middle School since 2008. It is a privilege to teach here and be a part of this wonderful community.

Some basic background about me...I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and my Masters in Education from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT.  I have many years of teaching experience and have taught in a variety of locations...California, Washington, Arizona, Taiwan and North Carolina. I have taught at the Elementary level (5th Grade, P.E. and Librarian), the Middle School level (Language Arts, P.E. and Social Studies), the High School Level (P.E., Health Sciences and Bible) and the Collegiate level (P.E. and Methodology in Education).
