Welcome to Mrs. Foster's 4th Grade Class! I am so delighted to be a member of the TOPCAT Team of AWESOME Teachers and Students! I have been an elementary school teacher for 16 years and have taught 10 of my 16 years here at Archer! I have taught Kindergarten, 1st and 4th grades! I am a graduate of the best university on earth, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where I received my degrees in Psychology, Elementary Education and my Masters in School Administration. I believe in meeting students where they are, setting goals and implementing and utilizing strategies to help them become successful!
