Whitney J. Sluder, Principal

Hello!  I am looking forward to serving the Weaver school community again this school year! Before my time in School Administration, I served as the dance teacher and Curriculum Facilitator here at Weaver.  Weaver is a special place and our school family (that includes YOU!) works very hard to make us one of the best high schools in Guilford County!  I am passionate about young people, the arts, and career and technical education.  I believe everyone has the ability to be successful and pursue whatever their heart desires post-high school - whether that's attending college, going to work, or joining the military.  I earned my BA in Dance Education from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and then earned my MA in Executive Leadership Studies from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC.  In addition, I am a proud alumna of Weaver Academy.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and going to the beach!
