Northwood Elementary is an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme World School. The Primary Years Programme focuses on the heart, as well as, the mind of young learners. Through the Primary Years Programme, Northwood offers an inquiry based curriculum that empowers students to explore and construct knowledge through six transdisciplinary units. Northwood students have the opportunity to develop international mindedness that relates to their lives' in High Point, North Carolina, the United States, and the global community.
