I am so excited about starting my 23nd  year in the classroom and THRILLED to be in 7th grade!! Looking forward to a change but having some of the same students is exciting! I taught most of my career in 5th grade and have enjoyed being in 6th  for the past 7 years. My husband, Chad and I live close by with our 2 boys, Rhodes  (12) and Rhett (9) and occasionally my stepsons, Trey (25) and Risdon (22) along with our cat Birdie and dog Bogey.

We LOVE football, basketball and golf.  Both of my sons have played in the US Kids golf tournaments. We also cheer on NC State and my alma mater, Charlotte.

I love teaching.  I love learning.  And I LOVE math!  I am so grateful to be working with this group again! I can’t wait to get started on our year and to see how much you grow in SEVENTH grade!
