I am so excited to be in my sixth year at Claxton Elementary! I decided to enter the field of teaching after volunteering in classrooms while being a stay-at-home mom. I received my Master of Arts in Teaching and have been very fortunate to work at such a welcoming and warm school. My classroom mirrors that same warm environment because I value each child and strive to create a nurturing environment where students feel supported and loved. I challenge each child at his or her level and hope to start a love of learning that will foster a strong academic career.
