Welcome to Kindergarten at Brooks Global Studies!  Let me tell you a little about myself.  I came to Brooks as a parent over 14 years ago.  I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and curriculum at Brooks, so when an opportunity arose for me to join the staff, I jumped on it.  I have been teaching at Brooks for more than 12 years, beginning the year my youngest daughter started Kindergarten.  Prior to that, I taught at NC A&T State University and directed the Laboratory School for 13 years.  I am a graduate of Duke University undergraduate and NC A&T SU for graduate school.  I have two lovely daughters, a wonderful and supportive husband, and a loving puppy.  I look forward to working with families at Brooks for many years to come!
