You will find our form here and all you need to do is send in $5 with the form to the main office. It is that simple. HIGH POINT CENTRAL PTO! (Parent Teacher Organization)
What does that mean? We are our own organization which means all money raised through membership and fundraising will stay at HPC and benefit our students and teachers. We encourage you to become a member of our PTO, all you need to do is print off the membership form, fill it out and send it with $5.00 per member to school.
