Hello! Welcome to Ms. Brailey's class page.

I was born and raised here in Greensboro, NC. I am a mother of 3 boys. I graduated from NC A&T State University in December of 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.  In May of 2013, I graduated from Gardner- Webb University with a Masters in Elementary Education.  I have 17 years of experience teaching 1^st, 2^nd, and 4^th grade.  My teaching philosophy is: 

I believe that ALL children are capable of learning and CAN learn whatever they are taught with effort from the student, parents and teacher.

I want ALL of my students to succeed and excel.  I need your help with encouraging your child to achieve the best learning experience possible by being kind and respectful of peers and adults.  Please know that I love what I do, and I pray for a positive year.  Your child is the true hero! I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
