I love teaching fourth grade at Jamestown Elementary! I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Elementary Education. I completed all of my internships and student teaching at JES, so it truly feels like home. Creating an engaging and fun learning experience for all of my students is my main goal. It is my top priority for all my students to succeed, not only in class but in the real world!
When I am not teaching, I spend my summers traveling across the country as a counselor on a program called Teens Westward Bound. I love to share my experiences with my students. I also enjoy reading, running, and spending time with my family!
A few of my favorite things include HGTV, peanut butter cups, and coffee!
